Short guide about what we do in our labs of taste

In the chaos of the offers it is difficult to identify a product.
I decided to draw this brief guide for our potential buyer who can understand if he is interested (I hope so) to our productions.


BASE FOR PESTO: 
is the basis to make pesto, made of PDO Genoese Basil, oil, salt, and it is stocked in the cold room. It is wholesaled. His shelf life is 24 months.

PESTO: 
is made with PDO Genoese Basil, with or without garlic, with extra virgin olive oil for our brand, gluten free, and has a shelf life of 18 months. It’s sold palletized.

OTHER TYPICAL LIGURIAN PRODUCTS: 
are all gluten free, with extra virgin olive oil for our brand, and have a shelf life of 30 months. They’re sold palletized.

PRIVATE LABEL: 
More than 100 recipes for private label of creams and sauces of the Italian tradition. They’re wholesaled.

STUDY AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TAILORED RECIPES:
According to the requests, we study and create ad hoc products for our customers.

PRICES:
For our brand-products we are very competitive, but the price is not comparable to the industrial products. For private label we concur the prices with our costumer, according to the needs, the cost of raw materials and the quantity.
