Ieri sera abbiamo provato la nuova nata: 
la Crema del Bosco.
I funghi porcini sono il primo aroma che si sente aprendo il vasetto, all'assaggio ecco le noci e un profumo che si trova sulle nostre alture in Liguria: il timo.
Iniziamo con un piccolo assaggio sul pane, poi da sola, sul cucchiaino, infine sforniamo le patatine fritte e le proviamo con questa nuova salsa al posto di maionese e ketchup, chissà cosa accade in bocca!
Abbiamo finito il vasetto in breve tempo.

La prova in famiglia ha superato il test.

Vedremo cosa ne penseranno i nostri clienti.
Per una buona crema con i funghi porcini noi usiamo solo quelli essiccati, continuo a dire che le materie prime sono fondamentali, sono noiosa ma fatevene una ragione.

Last night we tried a new recipe:
la Crema del Bosco.
Porcini mushrooms are the first aroma that we feel opening the jar, the tasting is nuts and a scent that you can find on our our hills in Liguria: thyme.
Let's start with a little taste on bread, then alone, and then with chips... let's try this new sauce instead of mayonnaise and ketchup, who knows what happens in the mouth!
We finish the cream in a short time.

The proof in the family passed the test.

IMPORTANT:

To make a good cream with mushrooms we use only dried Porcini mushrooms. 
Raw materials are very very important, I know, I'm boring ... be patient :)
