CREMA DI NOCI CA’
MESSIGHI
Ingredients (4
people):
5 tablespoons of Ca
Messighi’s Salsa di Noci
400 g of Italian
Veggie Ravioli (containing
spinach, marjoram and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP)
30 g of freshly
grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
Extra Virgin Olive
Oil
Salt
Instructions:
bring a pot of salty
water to a boil, then add the ravioli.
In a pan, add the
Salsa di Noci and some of the pasta water to dilute the sauce.
After 5 minutes, drain the ravioli and put them in the sauce.

Serve with a
sprinkle of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
