recipe with Salsa dell'Ammiraglio Ca' Messighi




SALSA DELL’AMMIRAGLIO CA’ MESSIGHI

Ingredients (4 people):
3 tablespoons of Ca’ Messighi’s Salsa dell’Ammiraglio
4 Cod Fillets
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tomato
Some salted capers in brine
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper


Instructions:
in a hot pan, add the extra virgin oilive oil, the garlic and then the fish fillet.
Rinse the capers and cut the tomato into tiny cubes, then add everything to the pan.
After 5 minutes, turn the fish and add the Salsa dell’Ammiraglio (that contains olives, anchovies, sundried tomatoes and oregano), season with salt and pepper.
When the fish is fully cooked, serve with a leaf of fresh basil.
